EULA问题

　　笔者把EULA问题放在最后，是因为这玩意关系大家的隐私利益，不得不慎重对待。这也是笔者不选择Chrome浏览器最重要的原因。

　　Chrome浏览器的EULA(最终用户许可证)中存在的问题。

　　已经有细心的人阅读了Google Chrome的EULA, 其中关键条款如下：

　　11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights that you already hold in Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.

　　11.4 You confirm and warrant to Google that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence.

　　具体地说，就是这个条款给予谷歌权限，允许谷歌利用用户使用Chrome浏览器在网络上发布的任何内容推销自己的服务。也就是说只要你用Chrome浏览点什么，包括你本地硬盘上的，内部网上的，… 这些东西就免费全部属于Google啦!而且你还得向google保证你自己已经拥有了所有这些东西的所有权。在这样的条款下，Chrome应该更名为“特洛伊木马”，　只要你安装了Chrome, 基本上你的一切都可能属于Google了。
