    1、 No defined guidelines/agenda for kick off meeting

    2、 Lack of time and pressure to start the requirement gathering work 1、 Plan for the meetings in advance and inform customer of the agenda, required time and attendees

    2、 Communicate the purpose of kick-off meetings to customer and expected benefits

    3、 First "pre kick-off" meeting to familiarize with customer’s top management, sharing team profile, educating them on ABC processes, sharing infrastructure issues, issue resolution mechanism, etc.

    4、 Second “kick-off” meeting to involve all stakeholders from both sides. Introduce team members, share logistics e.g. seating arrangements, execution plan, schedule, milestones, processes, communication plan, customer's expectations, office access, culture etc.

    1、 现场启动会议缺少指导手册或议程安排

    2、 缺少时间或缺乏紧迫感来开始收集需求 1、 提前计划会议，并通知客户议程安排，需要的时间和希望参加人员

    2、 与客户讨论启动会议的意图和希望取得的结果

    3、 第一次“预启动会议”要熟悉客户的高层领导，介绍项目团队的大概情况，告之需求捕获的基本过程，分析可能存在的问题，确定问题解决流程等

    4、 第二次“启动”会议要召集两方所有的风险承担人。介绍项目团队成员，共享资源等。如座位安排，需求捕获执行计划，进度表，里程碑，需求捕获的过程，交流方法，确认客户期望值，描述办公室位置，文化特点等
