6需求捕获的阶段组成
The Requirement Elicitation activities can be broadly split in the following phases or steps：
· Offsite preparation
· Onsite kick-off
· Onsite execution
· Offsite usage
需求捕获的活动可大致分成下面四个阶段或步骤：

准备活动
1、Lack of guidelines for Offsite preparation
2、Too busy with logistics management e.g. laptop, travel bookings, etc.
3、Insufficient time between LOI and start date
4、Lack of clarity and type & scope of project 1、Use a checklist containing list of activities to be performed during Offsite preparation phase
2、SLAs shall be defined for logistics support groups
3、Include preparation time in the proposed schedule taking team size, visa availability, etc into consideration
4、Phase out onsite start and send a pilot team initially to gauge scope of the project

4、 不采用全面现场启动的方式，而启动一个领航似的小团队来估计项目涉及的范围。
Training Requirements
需要的培训
1、 IRA Training not undergone
2、 IRA material too voluminous
3、 IRA does not cater to system appreciation and technical aspects
4、 E&R training not apt for projects 1、 Ensure that all the team members undergo IRA training prior to onsite start or must have attended in the recent past. Waiver criteria shall be sufficient experience on RE.
2、 Take assistance from E&R in customizing the IRA course to cater to your project type. Use the customizable components in the course to prune unrelated sections.
3、 Design the training contents to suit project requirements. Execute a formal course-design step in advance to achieve this.

3、 综合需求分析（IRA）没针对系统增值和技术领域
4、 教育和研究（E&R）部门组织的培训不是针对项目的 1、 确保在现场启动前，所有的项目组成员参加过综合需求分析（IRA）培训，或在近期经过培训。标准不是关键，经验才是关键。
2、 获得教育和研究（E&R）部门的帮助，定制综合需求分析（IRA）课程以适应你的项目类型。使用定制组件的方法剪除不相关的部分。
3、 设计培训内容以满足项目需要。要提前执行系统的课程设计过程来达到该目的。
