点击Windows的Start，然后在Command Prompt上点击右键，选择Run as administrator。

　　接下来，在命令行内敲入iisreset重启IIS。

　　现在打开IE，键入起始SharePoint 站点http://techedsms/。

　　点击Site Action，然后选择 Site Settings。

　　选择Galleries下的Web parts。

　　在Ribbon界面上选择Document->New

　　然后找到你的Web Part, 为其打钩。拉戈上去点击Populate Galleries。

　　在你的Web Part应该已经注册在SharePoint上了。

　　我们再回到SharePoint 站点http://techedsms/。

　　点击Site Action，然后选择 Edit Page。

　　点击Insert，然后Web Part

　　在Categories选择Miscellaneous，Web Part里选择您的Web Part，然后点击Add。

　　点击Format Text，然后Save。

　　敲入手机号码(带+86)，键入一条短信字串，点击Send发送。
