    ObjectWeb宣布 ProActive 3.1 发布。 

    ProActive是一个网格中间件, 提供了一个可以进行并行, 分布式计算的灵活的安全的框架。ProActive提供了一个全面的API从而简化了分布式(局域网上的，并联的工作站，Internet网上的)应用程序的开发。 

    新版本的特性： 

    * Interface with The Scientific Free Software Package: SciLab 
    * NAS Benchmarks in 100 % Java ProActive 
    * Full and flexible MPI application deployment through XML descriptors 
    * Full-Fledged File Transfer 

    提升的地方包括: 
    * Improvements of variables in XML descriptors 
    * Bug fixed in the graphically triggered Mobility 
    * Load-Balancing improvements 
    * Restructured and upgraded Documentation (450 pages) 
    * Improved N-Body application with 3D interface 
    * Non regression tests ran with success.
